Cancellation Policy
SoLei esthetics charges a 50% cancellation fee for any no-show appointments or cancellations within a 24 hr window of scheduled appointment.
*PLEASE NOTE: you may be charged 75% of a service price if you do not come prepared for your appointment (ie: proper hair length for waxing services), changes to your appointment during your allocated time slot or having to be declined a service for safety concerns and/or service contraindications.
